Next of Kin

We must have of kin information for all volunteers and athletes.

If you attend a trip with us as a family we will need next of kin emergency contact information for people that are not on the trip. We understand that where both parents come on the trip parent A will usually be the emergency contact for parent B, but having the contact details of someone not on the trip provides a fall back. Everyone has the option to specify their emergency contact - where both parents are on the trip they can specify the same emergency contact or have different emergency contacts.

Please make sure you tell your next of kin that you have provided their details for emergency use. It goes without saying but we will not email or call them except if there is an emergency. They will not be added to the WhatsApp group.
